I started ordering Mama Java Messy Bun a few months ago. The coffee is amazing! Flavor profile and taste are first class. You can't ask for much more in a coffee.
The last order when placed came in a timely manor. It only takes two days for UPS delivery. When we received our last order we opened the package and noticed a hole inside. I immediately reached out to customer service. Sheri reached out immediately. She was positive and said we'll get a replacement out today. They wanted pictures and order number. I told her one moment and you'll receive them. Within minutes we sent the order number and four pictures of the open bag. After waiting a day for a response I sent another email with nothing in return. Over the next few weeks I sent 6 more emails waiting for a response and nothing. Amazed but confused I didn't know what to think. Usually when a customer service gets a concerned customer they at least respond. I'm not looking for something free but there shouldn't be a hole in the coffee bag with everything leaking out. The least they could do is respond on how they are going to handle the situation. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

After seeing your review, we carefully searched our inbox and junk mail and couldn’t locate the follow up emails with the photos. It appears there may have been an email delivery issue, and we hate that it led to a breakdown in communication.
As soon as this came to our attention, we sent replacement bags out right away. A damaged bag is never okay, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to us so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your kind words about the coffee and for your patience.
