I want to introduce you to someone special in our online community of amazing moms! Meet Raquel, a great friend of mine. Mom of a one year old girl and a baby boy on the way! 

Raquel (Rocky as I call her) has passion for traveling and loves exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. What's even more impressive is that she knows how to travel on a dime!  She has mastered the art of finding great deals and creating unforgettable memories without breaking the bank. 

She was my trusty sidekick on our trip to the Dominican Republic to visit one of our coffee farms.

And back in 2020, right before the pandemic hit, we went to the Turks & Caicos Islands together as couples. They are excellent travel companions!

In addition to her love for travel, Raquel is also a dedicated homemaker. She takes pride in creating a warm and loving environment for her family. Whether it's cooking her Belizean  meals (she grew up in Belize), decorating her home, or finding creative DIY hacks, she's always up for the challenge. 

When it comes to food, Raquel is an adventurous soul. She loves trying new flavors and discovering unique dishes from different cuisines. From local food trucks to hidden gems in the city, she's constantly on the lookout for exciting, flavorful experiences. 

Being friends with Raquel has been a fun adventure. Her infectious energy, love for life, and shared interests makes her a favorite friend of mine. She's always there to lend a listening ear, offer support, and brighten my day with her wit and humor. Did I mention that she has the world’s craziest sense of humor?! There is never a dull moment with her around!

I greatly enjoy her company, as conversations are often meaningful and I usually come away feeling uplifted and inspired. Raquel is passionate about her beliefs and what it takes to follow Jesus; never ashamed to stand for truth.
